Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on React lead responsible for building applications using React Framework. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Another important responsibility is to build people and make them productive. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Help define and maintain guidelines to delivery and support in Angular/React
Build POCs for ideas and present them effectively to customers and stakeholders
Become familiar with new technology area in short span of time and quickly ramp up people
Prepare estimates for a given high level/low level requirements
Prepare and present technical proposals to customers and stakeholders
Work Experience
7+ yrs of overall experience building applications
2+ Years of experience building web, mobile apps using Angular/React framework
1+ Years of experience in Angular/React or higher versions is strong plus
Understanding of Angular/React framework and tools around the framework
Strong knowledge on packaging of RIA/Mobile apps
Proficiency in any other JS framework like React or Angular/React is plus
Strong understanding of RIA application/Hybrid mobile app development best practices
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
Experience with back end development frameworks like Java, .Net or NodeJs
Passionate about writing clean and highly maintainable code
Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
Ability and interest to learn new things quickly
Experience in dealing with performance issues of web/mobile application
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science engineering from a reputed university
