Manager AdCloud Services role provides the opportunity to do just that. You will utilize your expertise in Ad operations, media strategy, and client services to help individuals build a strategy for media activation and performance optimization. Your strong background as a people leader will be required to keep the team motivated to deliver a top-notch work quality and will inspire them to aim towards a bigger organizational goal. Acquire thorough organizational awareness to guide team members for their career development discussion. The role will require excellent stakeholder management skills under all circumstances.What you’ll Do
- Expected to work in North America Shift hours.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and expertly manage a team
- Drive an inclusive and respected culture in the team that propel diversity of thoughts and individuality
- Manage a team where the primary responsibility will be end-to-end campaign executions & deliveries. These include but are not limited to: Campaign building, Campaign management, Campaign execution, Campaign Optimization & Troubleshooting
- Lead the day-to-day activities of the team including team scheduling; Ensure dissemination of process, policies, performance, and quality expectations.
- Provide management and professional mentorship to team members through regular one-on-one meetings, regular team meetings, and monthly account reviews.
- Lead the team to ensure adequate account coverage through team schedules and back-ups. Responsible for mentoring and developing staff to meet or exceed job expectations.
- Own & Drive performance for Adobe AdCloud Ad operations/ Services Business.
- Coach and mentor team with customer critical issues and non-engagement; assist in problem evaluation and resolution; Prepare appropriate status reports for delivery to customers and account management.
- When needed seek leadership for assistance in resolving the critical problem and/or dealing with the customer.
- Strive to master Adobe AdCloud technology and keep up to date with feature improvements & updates
What you need to succeed
Technical Skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. More specifically, it will be important to have in-depth knowledge of the following Excel features (but not limited to) : VLOOKUP, basic formulas like sum, SUMIF, IFERROR, Pivot Tables, Graphs, Macros
Excellent Microsoft Presentation and the ability to build new infographics to present business/performance reviewsDigital Marketing Skills
Strong understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem, Ad networks, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic media buying
Govern process to drive Quality assurance in campaign deliveriesPeople Management Skills
- 4-6 years of people management experience
- Experienced in handling annual performance review and in performance management processes
- Proven abilities to identify, improve, and apply your EQ to be more effective as a leader.
- Must have exposure to lead change, scale the business and inspire and guide your team through ambiguity
Business Skills
Experience making pitches in front of Sr. leaders, large groups, and customers.
Proven knowledge of general business models, concepts, and strategies
Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations with influencing communication style
10+ years of overall relevant work experience
