Markit provides a suite of software products and services designed to make the management of bank loan portfolios and structured deals an efficient and accurate process. Our portfolio management solution, Markit WSO, gives immediate access toreal-timereference and transactional loan data. Its functionality is tailored to handle the unique behaviour of bank loans and compliance reporting required for complex structures.
SPS WSO is responsible for reconciliation of portfolios between clients and trustees using WSO admin tool. All the portfolios are based on syndication of loans.
Position summary
o Analyst would be responsible for the following tasks on a daily basis:
o
- Fax Categorization
- Activity Processing
- Cash Reconciliation
- Cash Research
- Position Reconciliation
- Trade Settlement
- Trade Audit
Duties & accountabilities
- Categorization of agent notices received based on different parameters
- Processing the activities received on agent notices on a global level
- Reconciliation of portfolios based on the information provided by the trustee and using WSO Admin tool
- Research on items that are pending on the portfolios
- Analysing the Cash sheet, WSO Amount & other related documents to find the discrepancies
- Based on the above finding, analyst needs to reach out to Trustee / Client / Agent to fix the discrepancies
- Trade Settlement – Settling Buy and Sell trades in WSO based on the information provided by client.
- Review the trades settled in WSO admin against the trade documents and notify team in case of any mismatch / missing document
- Perform Position Reconciliation to compare WSO output with that of another source such as trustee/custodian, counterparty, or client internal systems
Education and experience – Looking at Commerce Graduates Preferably
Business competencies
· Excel Knowledge would be an added advantage

· Should be aware of Financial Market
Management requirements
Should know how to manage time and work priorities

Shifts – Night shifts – 2 PM to 11 Pm & 7 Pm to 4 AM
