Tooling JIRA and Confluence Experience in online collaboration tool experience will be an added advantage. Should have good experience in Retail Banking domain (Preferably Mobile / Digital Banking) Should have good experience in Financial Crime Risk / Channels (Telephony / Digital)/ generic Banking Should have excellent stakeholder management with good negotiation skills Must be an excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication
