    analysis for potential opportunities, solutions design, testing and
    implementation
  • Responsibility to Manage configuration
    requests and enhancements, Administrator for Oracle Service Cloud
  • Product Customization by creating .Net based
    Agent Desktop Add-Ins, writing PHP scripts using RightNow Connect
    Services, creating import script to load data and perform rule based logic
  • Build custom API’s or enhance existing API and
    perform real time integration of OSVC with other non-Oracle CX
    applications, implementation of new edge technologies for integration
    authentication
  • Integrate Service Cloud with Oracle digital
    assistance, Oracle Policy automation and other CS application
  • Configure Workspaces, Rules, Create new
    Workspaces for different teams, Changes to existing workflows
  • Expertise in Product Configuration and
    Business Process Implementation
