- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Lead a team of 4-5 developers 2 Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements 3 Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 4 Conduct peer review, guide team members 5 Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget
- Technical Experience : 1 Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, SFDC Integration 2 Salesforce Integration, Sales-Service Cloud 3 Development project on custom development using ForceCom Min 2 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 4 Lightning Development, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation 5 Troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools
- Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills 2 Strong analytical skills 3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 4 Comfortable in discussing technical issues with customer 5 Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore
- Educational Qualification : 1 BE in addition to regular 15 year full time education
