We are looking for a Senior Manager to evaluate, asses design and apply strategies pertaining to intelligent automation and be responsible for procurement and contract related activities in the field of technology and technology related solutions. The Intelligent Automation Team is established to identify and drive digital transformation initiatives of critical strategic importance to our customers. The Intelligent Automation ( IA) practice focuses on providing Robotic Process Automation, Operational Analytics, Data Intake and Machine learning solutions for mission critical business processes to major industries globally. The field of RPA is one of the fastest growing segments in the digital ecosystem and a key pillar of our digital offerings. We are seeking an individual with superior intellect, problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills to help assess solutions for the IA team .Please refer to the roles and responsibility section below Requirements
Technology products, applications, software / service, AI tools, Digital platforms and tools
·The ideal candidate will already possess relationships with cloud-savvy security companies such as AWS, Trend Micro, Splunk, and more.
·Evaluation of new technology tools, software, application.
·The candidate should be able to understand the functionality of the tool, software, application, its technical dependencies, the pre-requisites etc.,
·Researches new products and services to meet company’s goals ·Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
COMMERCIAL: ·Business Case evaluation: The candidate should be able to evaluate the business case presented by the requestor for the product or service to be procured. Should be able to cross verify the data with Finance Team for the existing cost parameter, work with Business Analyst teams, Pricing team to understand the relation of buying decision on the pricing to customer. ·White-labeling concepts and contractual terms around the same ·Reseller agreement terms GENERAL ·Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project scope, system goals, and requirements ·Co-ordinate, interact with key stake holders of any hierarchy in the organization to get any clarifications, data required to evaluate the data, vendors/partner proposals and present his commercial evaluation summary to his manager. ·Conducts (or Manages the process for) the evaluations of proposals, offers and bids in accordance with internal policy and external local, state and federal regulations while selecting the best supplier in accordance with solicitation requirements ·Establishes bid standards and prepares procurement documents to publicly solicit bids and contracts for the purchase ·Prepare project status reports – from commercial decision point of view. ·Responsible for ensuring records are maintained and procurements are documented from origination through completion. ·Manages the preparation of solicitation documents and offers. ·Manage and expand existing partner relationships as well as seeking out new ones ·Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the cloud and security space

This position will report to the GM, Commercial. This is a techno – commercial role.
This role closely collaborates with following internal teams: CTO, CIO, BU heads, Finance, Pricing, Business Analysts.Qualifications
Experience

Critical:
•15 years of procurement/suctioning experience with at least five years’ experience in a leadership role
•Proven experience in developing and implementing automation/technology strategy and plans
•In-depth knowledge of new age technology
Preferable :
•Experience of working in BPO
•Location base Bangalore/Mumbai Know-How

Critical:
•Strong understanding of pricing , contracts , technology and procurement process
•Local procurement laws

Desirable:
•Knowledge of domain (Healthcare, BFSI, T&M , US Mortgage )
