OFSAA ERM Technical Lead Job For 6-8 Year Exp In Oracle Bengaluru / Bangalore, Mumbai – 1604523

Preferred Qualifications
6-9 Experience in Oracle ERM. Should have core Java / J2EE experience as well. Should have worked with OFSAA or similar applications like SAS etc

Worked on applications like OFSAA ERM applications like FTP, LRM, Market Risk, ALM, LLFP, Regulatory capital etc. Also it will be an add on to have experience in Oracle EPM / CIapplications like PFT, FTP, BSP, GLRecon etc or similar ones

Install and deploy the OFSAA solutions in a customer environment. This includes coordinating with customer technical resources.
%26bull; Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA solutions at customer sites including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, user acceptance testing and go-live.
%26bull; Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA solutions.
%26bull; Discuss and document configuration of client environment.
%26bull; Adopt and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.
%26bull; Travel on some projects will be 100%
%26bull; Implementation experience with OFSAA solutions.
%26bull; Familiarity with OBI.
%26bull; Good understanding of LDAP and SSO
%26bull; Exposure to any of the following tools Informatica, Datastage, Abinitio, Oracle BI Tools, SQL Server BI tool set, Business Objects, Cognos, ERWIN
%26bull; Good understanding of Databases (Oracle, DB2, Exa Data)
%26bull; Working knowledge of job scheduling products such as AutoSys and ControlM
%26bull; Java, JSP, J2EE standards (studs) with Oracle database
%26bull; Knowledge of any of the Web Servers like Websphere, Weblogic etc
%26bull; Exposure in BFSI Domain
%26bull; Excellent English written and oral communication skills. The TC must be able to clearly articulate ERM functionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management

%26bull; Datawarehousing Implementation with dimensional data modeling skills on atleast one of the following databases : Oracle, MS SQL-Server, DB2, Sybase
%26bull; Understanding of standard n tier systems architecture systems processes and principles
%26bull; Configuration and operation of Web application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat)
%26bull; Ability to read and edit unix shell script files
%26bull; Ability to read and edit XML and properties files
%26bull; Experience with unix (Solaris, Linux, AIX) operating systems and associated hardware platforms and peripherals
%26bull; Working knowledge of Oracle databases and data warehouses
%26bull; Programming work experience in PL/SQL
%26bull; Understanding of dimensionality and normality database concepts
%26bull; Understanding of system security principles, specifically around user authorization and authentication methods and technologies

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
