The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues within the team and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.
You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• 4-7years ofrelevant experience in Network Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science-related discipline, or equivalent business experience.
• Good experience in Routing & Switching
• Should have experience in Checkpoint Firewall, Wireless Security, Portnox,Microsoft Always on VPN.

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communicational skills is must.
• Basic experience on SD-WAN Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic Knowledge about SLA, Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Basic Knowledge about Network Technologies.
• Basic knowledge about Networking with concepts like RIP, BGP, OSFP etc.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all Critical Network components and contact the Vendor like Cisco TAC’s and Service providers.
• Responsible for ensuring all incidents and Severity-1/Severity-2 outages are opened in a timely manner, properly documented, tracked and resolution occurs.
• Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts including Night and weekends.
• Work closely with Infrastructure support teams to diagnose and resolve configuration issues.
• Provide on-call support for Monitoring and L2troubleshooting as required.
