Infoblox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a new teamfor DNS Security SAAS Service. You will be part of the team managing the network services in cloud infrastructure across the globe.
The role entails utilizing modern Agile practices to ensure team velocity is maximized while incorporating feedback from Product Management, Support, Sales, and other internal stakeholders. This role reports to the Director, Software Engineering based in Santa Clara, CA. This is an excellent growth opportunity to push the boundaries of SaaS Security to edge using endpoint clients.

The role entails utilizing modern Agile practices to ensure team velocity is maximized while incorporating feedback from Product Management, Support, Sales, and other internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop features on endpoints on Windows and Mac platforms
- Enhance the endpoint software to support multiple version of OS
- Maintain the endpoint client Service in the cloud
- Design, develop, and maintain features of SAAS DNS Security Service
- Provide technical leadership and domain knowledge in new feature development and networking domain
- Work closely with Architects and product managers to scope and groom new features
Requirements:
- 7+ experience in designing and developing Windows/Mac applications from scratch
- Extensive experience in programming language C/C++, Java, Go, Python
- In-depth understanding of Windows and Mac internals
- Strong experience in Networking fundamentals
- Experience in microservices architecture and container-based software using Kubernetes, Docker, and other container technologies is a huge plus
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
- Experience in Agile methodologies with software development life-cycle experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or EE is required
- Masters in CS, CE, or EE is preferred
