Role
The Technical Architect – HR Systems is part of the Delivery Hub in the IT Transformation team, a team responsible for the delivery of Corporate Continuous Improvement (CI), medium-d projects and Major Programmes.
Responsibilities:
Template Management and Solution Delivery support
• Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within RB to simplify the change process going forward
• Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB
• Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
• Advise and support the BRMs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained enforced from an Integration architecture viewpoint
• Continuously researches new capability areas within SuccessFactors, work with functional SME’s to vet against current business gaps and how the gaps can be remediated.
Essential
• 12 + years of experience in implementing and supporting HCM suites
• 4 + years of Expertise in SuccessFactors
• Deep understanding of architectural concepts, issues, and trends in the HR solutions area covering HIRE TO RETIRE business capabilities.
• Experience working with and integrating ODATA APIs with 3rd party systems
• Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
• Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in the area of Employee Central and its integration with other SF modules
• Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF. Strong understanding of data governance and data quality requirements.
• Should be well versed with various SuccessFactors Reporting tools.
