Role
• Champion of Data Science & Analytics within IT Operations function, drive predictive and proactive management of IT services based on the data driven insights
• Develop and implement the AI and Analytics strategy for IT Operations to move towards predictive Ops
• Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, own the data model for ITSM Product (ServiceNow) and tooling within IT Ops and be the advisor to the key stakeholders for initiating Continual Service Improvements
• Own dashboarding and reporting across all IT Operations and champion the data analytics tooling (i.e. Power BI), including data governance for SLA reporting, service performance reporting, etc.
Skills Required
• Knowledge of big data/advanced analytics concepts and algorithms – NLP, text mining, social listening, recommender systems, predictive modelling, sentiments analysis etc.
• Fully conversant with big-data processing and presenting approaches with knowledge of PowerBI and Performance Analytics (Power Apps – desirable), and Celonis
• Strong expertise in machine learning, data analytics, statistics, data management, tools such as python/R, big data, and visualisation such as power BI
Professional Qualifications
• Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Engineering
• Experience required should be between the range of 8 to 12 years
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related fields with experience of building statistical models for addressing business issues
Tools and Technology (any 2 must)
• Python/R/Weka/MatLab
• Jupyter notebook, AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML
• Streamsets
• Neo4j graph or equivalent GraphDB
• Spark API server (Model Building and any Big data processing)
• Kubernetes cluster (from Azure)
• MongoDB/CosmosDB
