Roles and Responsibilities
The core purpose of this role :
1. To maintain up to date & accurate accounting data & records,
2. To ensure availability of short term & long term funds
3. To comply with direct & indirect taxation and ensure statutory compliances
4. To ensure availability of materials for production & services
5. To ensure smooth movement of materials
6. Compete ownership & responsibility for P&L and Balance Sheet
Accounting package used J D Edwards (Oracle based)

  • Accounting & MIS: To monitor the updation of accounting records & generation of MIS reports, to ensure timely completion of various audits
  • Finance: To interact with the lending institutions for short term & long term funds. To ensure timely submission of invoices & follow up with Operations Dept. for timely collections, Statutory compliances, Legal & all other incidental matters, To comply with direct & indirect taxation, ensure all the statutory compliances, insuring men & materials, drafting various agreements, consult Corp – Legal wherever found necessary.
  • Materials & Logistics: Monitor & ensure optimum inventory levels, monitor costs, monitor vendor development
  • IT & ERP implementation: Interact with Manager IT, ERP Consultants & co-ordinate with the staff for implementation of ERP
  • People Development: Training to People as per needs, Motivating them to achieve Goal, Up gradation of their Skill
