)Experience with agile project planning and execution.
2)Demonstrated knowledge and experience with business & data analysis and information (BI) tools, specifically in the areas data privacy.
3) Business / data analyst experience.
4) Banking Domain experience (People data, Partners/Customers, Vendors and Donors) (minimum of 3 year)
5) Hand-on experience with Informatica Data Discovery (DPM) technology. (minimum of 1 year).
6) Experience with Informatica Data Masking (PDM, DDM) technology.(minimum of 1 year).
7) Hand-on experience with Informatica Data Developer (IDQ) (minimum of 2 year) and Informatica PowerCenter (minimum of 3 year)
8) Experience with databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server with the hands-on ability to develop analytical reports. (minimum of 2 years).
9) Experience in coordinating and working with large, diverse and cross-organization teams.
10) Experience in analyzing detailed transactional data & metadata and develop reports/dashboards to represent complex findings for decision making.
11) Outstanding collaboration, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
12) Integration experience OneTrust and Informatica Data Discovery (DPM) as an added advantage
13) Connecting different databases using DPM Tool Datastores.
14) Should know following activites in DPM tool
