Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities / Skills:
QA Lead Tester (Automation & Manual)
Should have 8 to 10 years of End-to-End application Testing in both manual and automation (For Junior)
Should have 10 to 12 years of End-to-End application Testing in both manual and automation (For Senior)
Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge on Automation testing using Selenium Web driver, Appium or any other test automation frameworks.
Expert in developing Automation Framework and test script using UIWebDriverSelenium scripting.
Knowledge on Mobile Device, REST API and Web automated testing experience
Knowledge on Test engines- TestNG/ Junit
Knowledge on Manual testing and STLC and Defect Life Cycle.
Good to have experience/knowledge on other automation tools.
Good to have knowledge on Database testing and RDBMS concepts
Provide leadership and technical expertise within test automation and quality assurance.
Coordinate Collaborate with the development teams to adhere to best practices of QA.
Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
Experience working on a successful agile development team.
Experience of usage of Test management tools like JIRA and Log defects and understand JIRA defect workflow.

2. Communication must be excellent
3. Max notice period will be 30 Days
