Reporting to – Directors
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the company is compliant with all legal and statutory matters including but not
limited to
a. GST
b. ESI
c. PF
d. FSSAI
e. RoC including all company law matters
f. Income Tax
2. Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in the appropriate manner
3. Designing pertinent financial reports to be generated
4. Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly reports are generated and made available in a timely
fashion
5. Conducting monthly closing of books and presenting management with all relevant reports.
6. Handling all month end filings and statutory formalities
7. Handling all payroll procedures

8. Conducting periodic inventory audits to ensure that actual inventory is in line with book
inventory
9. Managing price books and assisting in setting prices.
10. Managing treasury function
11. Carrying out specific high value financial transactions.
12. Carrying out financial planning and budgeting
13. Carrying out variance analysis based on per budgets and actuals and company benchmarks.
14. Liaising with Statutory and Company Secretary and coordination of all year end formalities.

a. Shrinkage
b. Expenses
c. Purchases
d. Receipts
