Role Dimension:

Heading the Internal Audit and Risk Management team and closely working with management.
He/she will be the facilitator between the user departments and the external audit partners in opening and closing the audit framework, monitoring, corrective analysis and compliance.
Action towards improving various processes in the different business lines/verticals.
He/she will be implementing SOP’s and periodic compliance.
Major Responsibilities Include:

Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews or audits.
Coordinates work with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other control-related activities and with others within Internal Audit.
Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques.
Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.
Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Documents the results of audit work in accordance with audit department and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
Prepares timely audit reports for executive management, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
Function as primary client liaison within Internal Audit for one or more leaders / division heads.
Assess, evaluate and promote compliance to internal policies.
Contributes, as appropriate, in the year-end financial audit with the external auditor.
Provides advice on internal control and participates in enhancing internal audit standards and practices.-
Review of agreements/contracts with third parties i.e. Distributors, C & F Agents, Franchisees, Transporters, etc. to ensure validity and compliance in place.
Will carry out Special Assignments that may be required by management.
Prerequisite:

Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance Governance, Internal Controls and digitization of various governance frameworks.
The respective candidates from FMCG or the similar kind of industry are preferred to apply.
CA first attempt pass out would be a great plus and the candidates expected to have the technical knowledge or experience in using different technology tools.
