To manage and provide leadership to the Accounts, Finance team ensuring it produces timely, accurate and useful financial information and provides support to Top Management.
Work with various functional heads in the preparation of the company budget and Business Plan by providing a template for everyone to complete and consolidate. This process should commence 3 months prior to the commencement of new FY. This needs to be monitored on a monthly basis budget versus actual and highlight discrepancies to Top Management
Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss Accounts and balance sheets, monthly and quarterly expenditure statement.
Control and account for the revenue and expenses required in the normal operation
