2. Deliver project goals & objectives in-line with approved project implementation and budget plan.
3. Prepare strategies & plan to achieve defined goals and objectives for a turnkey project including on site delivery acceptance, I&C & network acceptance, etc.
4. Manpower planning and development for efficient execution by assigning job roles & responsibilities for the project implementation team.
5. Review and approval of the network designs, documents, survey report, and recommendations
6. Provide adequate training and imparting excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and building goal achievement mindset to team members for improving the business
7. IP Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, etc. will be preferred
8. Compulsorily, Hands-on experience in Field Deployment of IP MPLS & Packet Core network of any Telecom Operator
9. A good understanding of IP & Ethernet Technologies including MPLS, Routing Protocols, BGP, IGP, ISIS, OSPF, VLAN, IP addressing, Mobility services running on IP MPLS network.
10. Good knowledge & Experience of Cisco, Juniper, Nokia Routers
11. Knowledge of Mobility Transport Network
12. Experience in executing Planned Events / CM activities in IP MPLS & Core network
13. Preparing design guidelines, solution documents, processes & workflows Transport Network.
14. New Feature Implementation & Transport related Trial/Demo.
15. Sound knowledge on the Transport KPIs.
16. Working knowledge of RAN products (SRAN BTS/WBTS/BSCs/RNCs) & their IP transport
17. Problem – Solving Skill in Multi-Domain & Multi-Vendor Transport Architecture
18. Provide technical and economical solutions for all existing/potential customer queries
