Job Description:
Positions We are hiring : ISO Coordinator.
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate, ISO Certified.
Age – Below 30 years
Gender : Female
Experience : Minimum 3 – 5 years of Experience.
Salary offered : 3.00 – 5.00 Lacs
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ISO / BIS / UL / Customer Audit documentations.
  • BIS / UL / CSA / CE / RoHS External lab reports records All units Work instruction preparation and Updation.
  • All manuals to be maintained & updated like Quality + other all Departments.
  • New Customer Supplier registration / approval Reports .
  • All Units rejection Data compilation / Weekly / Monthly MIS Reports.
  • Achievement of objectives Q / HF / Y i.e. (April to Sep.) (April to March) to collect the data all Departments.
  • Conducted Internal Audits and External audits data preparation of Management Review Meeting.
  • All units each format no wise checklist to be prepared and once in month maintain record from all units i.e. check list.
  • ISO Related Stationary / process records printing / with co-ordination of HODs.
  • Deviation notes circulation / Internal Communication records .
  • Training of Internal Auditors.
  • Maintain Customer Complaints Log book.
  • Management of the Document Control system, including reviewing, updating, and monitoring quality system documentation, and database.
  • Schedule and direct management meetings for Quality objectives and overview of Quality Management System.
  • Manage and maintain all Internal Quality Audits.
  • Manage and maintain, reviewing and updating documentation and database, in coordination with the all units HODs.
  • Cross-train with Technical Quality Coordinator.
  • Interact with the department heads/ leads to understand the existing process and document the same.
  • Report progress of improvements to the Quality Manager.
