Job Description :
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for setting up activities in the Finance System Tool and processing claims accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and participate in cost saving discussions to improve site profitability.
  • Maintain details and documents for Fixed Assets.
  • Monthly quarterly and annual SOX compliance.
  • Extend support to the site team, related to finance in coordination with HO Finance as when required.
  • Extend support to P2P and project team to reconcile critical suppliers accounts.
  • Participate in Site audit by internal and external auditors.
  • Physical verification of fixed assets in a systematic frequency to ensure the FAR correctness.
  • Support the HO Tax team for necessary details, data and documents. Preparation of monthly cashflow statement
  • Critical contract review to ensure various payment stages and retention.
  • Prepare and review the project cost summary report for steerco meetings.
  • Ensure seamless financial reporting of numbers in M-ERP during development batches and commercial production.
  • Perform stringent cost control over project approved cost budget with proper tracking of forecast and actual spends.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines in submitting actuals, plan and updated numbers.
  • Provide quarterly schedules to statutory auditors and addressing queries if any.
  • Provide support to the Corporate Finance team during limited reviews, Statutory Financial year end audits and address any queries raised. Drive process driven culture by leveraging automation & digitalisation ways of working like Power BI
