Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Organizing Online meetings and following the schedule strictly.
Dedicated to the business and exceptionally available for clients.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (business, marketing or related field will be preferred).
Experience in managing relationship.
Strong communication skills with analytical and intellectual personality.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Personal phone usage won’t be allowed during the business time.
Need to be more interactive with Manager or process heads with proactive questions.
