Responsibilities

Handling Front Office.

Incoming / outgoing calls management.

Guest / Visitors Management & hospitality.

Housekeeping of office.

Check Property Portal & Lead Distribution _Generate Report.

Doing outbound calls to potential customers from Database, give a proper introduction about company & its products, generate prospects, fix up & co-ordinate a personal meeting of sales person with customer and submitting daily reports on calls made vs. sales meeting fixed and outcome of the same in a given format.

Provide required support to field Sales Team.

Co-coordinating with Sales Team for daily reporting and compilation of report person-wise in a given format.

Maintain daily incoming & outgoing registers for courier, post & office consumables.

Co-ordinate for upkeep of sufficient inventory requirements of crockery, milk, sugar, tea, perfumes, biscuits, stationery etc. along with Asst. Manager- Admin.
