Relevant Experience: 5-10 Years
Qualification: BSc -IT /BCA/Diploma or any other equivalent.
Responsibility:
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Ensure smooth, reliable and resilient IT services.
• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
• Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
• Plan and deliver end-to-end IT projects in alignment with the business objectives.
• Manage IT team members and their KPIs.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of business continuity plan/disaster recovery plan.
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Assure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
Requirement:
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hard-ware/software and networking systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dialer system is a must.
• Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) operating system is preferable.
• Proactive, highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
