Job Responsibilities:
Understanding and analysis of customer requirement.
To check if the team has all the necessary resources to execute the testing activities.
To check if testing is going hand in hand with the software development in all phases.
Prepare the status report of testing activities
Review of test cases.
Updating project manager regularly about the progress of testing activities.
Desired Skills & Experience
Professional expertise in automation and manual testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent consulting skills such as ability to effectively multi-task and strong prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into use cases, test plan, test cases and test data according to technical specifications and designs
Demonstrated ability to create client-facing documents and presentations including formal UAT documents, test reports, test matrices, test cases, and release notes.
Experience with QA automation tools i.e. Selenium including systems for issue tracking and test execution
Comfortable working in a Linux and Microsoft environment
Solid knowledge of the software development life-cycle and associated processes
Proven ability to learn new technologies as needed.
