Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 8+ Years
Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
• Manage all the accounting-related tasks of the company
• Communication and management of bank-related tasks of the company
• Computation of Tax deduction and payment of taxes to the government
• GST computation and payment
• Assisting in finalization of accounts, Tax Audit, GST Audit, etc.
• Generating Proforma and Final Invoice for all projects as per request from Sales Team
• Prepare various MIS reports for Senior Management
• Manage Employee expenses and debit voucher management
• Issue Outgoing Purchase Order for all Projects
• Vendor Invoices and Payment Management
• Check and reconcile vendor ledgers and statements
• Tally Entry, Inflow, outflow
Skills Required:
• Experience in handling import export documentation from accounts side.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Visiting banks for formalities.
• Males Preferred.
