Primary Skill Citrix XenApp & VDI Administration
Secondary Skill (Any one of Windows /Vmware/Azure Cloud)
Job Requirements & Key Responsibilities :
o Primarily responsible for maintenance of Citrix servers, Conduct Server health check, VDI Application issue fixing, Access provisioning and de-provisioning,
o Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration, Managing Citrix license migrations and renewals,
o Sound knowledge on Citrix NetScaler and Citrix Provisioning Services,
o Integrate Third Party products into VDI, Xenapp Architecture, Testing ,Debug Manage Client Software Packages
o Automation Drive capacity planning
Technical Experience :
o Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp, Citrix VDI and Xendesktop
o Strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface
o Strong knowledge on Publishing applications in Citrix and application virtualization
o Strong knowledge on managing Citrix VDI on Multiplatform like Vmware & Azure Workspace
o Strong understanding of NetScaler, Load balancer, Resource manager and installation manager
o Build and maintain Windows image for Workspaces
o Good understanding in IDM, roles and groups management
o Good Analytical skills to understand the issue and find out the root cause of the Incidents.
o Good understanding on Multifactor authentication
