JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Coordination with the hotels, Resorts, banquets hall. (on phone & mails) • Processing conference and events bookings.
• Taking follow-up from managers
• Ensure internal and external communications with delegates, team members and event partners are timely, relevant and of a high quality, through telephone and both personal and team email accounts
• Coordination with promoters and supervisor
• deciding venue and menu
• Preparing MIS sheet & reports.
• Flexibility in the undertaking of any other related duties.
• Provide administrative support to the Events team, Sponsorship team and Head of Events and Sponsorship across all events as required .
