Responsibleforinventorycontrol.
FollowingFIFOthroughoutthefactory.
ResponsibleforRejectionControlthroughSOP(StandardOperatingProcess)
CalculatingOEE.
WorkingonimprovingOEE.
TimestudyandWork-study.
SettingofNewproductonmachine&approveit.
Keytaskshandledduring the tenure
Tomonitor&controltheeffectiveutilizationofavailableresourcesinordertoachieveProductionTarget
Productionplanningandcontrol
ResponsibleformanagingOverallProduction,Day-to-DayProductionactivities&EnsurethatStandardProductionratesarefollowed.
TroubleshootingofProcess/Production/ProductrelatedProblems.
Optimumutilizationofresourceslikeman&machinetoachievetheproductiontargetson a dailybasis.
Guidetheoperatorforvariousproductionactivitiestoset the productionprocess.
OnlinereworkrejectionmonitoringthroughSOP(StandardOperatingProcess).
MonitortheDailyProductionReport.
CoordinationwithinternaldepartmentslikeToolRoom,QA,Maintenance,RawmaterialStores.
Maintain&PreparationofvariousdocumentationrequiredforQualitySystemslikeTS16949&conductQualityauditsforotherdepartments.
Training&awarenessgivenabout5’S’&safetyin the shopfloor.
Responsibleforthequalityineachcell.
LookingafterTPMactivitieson the shopfloor.
Maintaining5SActivitiesineachcell.
