Work Experience: Fresher/ 08Months to 1 Year of Exp (Only in HR or Administration)
Salary – 12,000 to 14,000 per month
Qualification:Graduate/ Post Graduate

Job Description:
Be the first point of contact for all Admin-related queries.
Ensure the relevant Admin database is accurate and up to date.
Assist in the recruitment process.
Administration activities like housekeeping, office maintenance, and security.
Keep a check on the pantry requirements.
Responsible for complete follow-up from vendors.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Looking after day to day office activities.
Finding vendors for any work.
File complaints wherever needed and fix issues.
Purchase of products for office – getting quotes and closing the deal.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Ensure that conference rooms, meeting rooms, and reception areas are ready for meetings.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment are working and properly maintained.
