Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – • To be based out of BFL Branch and to cover all assigned compliance checks for the specified location. • To ensure streamlining of processes and reducing Reputational and Financial Risk. • To do a customer payment checks for the last 5-6 days of the month- Trigger Based. • To do a thorough check of mobile receipt and report discrepancies if any. • To ensure close monitoring on partner collection remittance pattern and report discrepancies if any. • To do a settlement payment checks and docs verification- Trigger Based. • To ensure checks on partner onboarding and exited partners. • To do customer visits on random basis. • Monthly compliance checks and observation report sharing with HO Compliance team. • Investigation of irregularities discovered by or brought to the attention. Competencies & Skill Sets: • Business Acumen. • Technical Capacity. • Financial Management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* • Graduate from Recognized/Approved University. • 2/3+ Years of work experience in Financial industry or Freshers from CAT B/C MBA colleges. • Should be good in communication- both written as well as verbal.
