• We are looking for Pre-Sales Manager with Bid Making experience who has minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in similar role who can provide support in proposals and pre-sales activities
• Should possess good Team Management skills (5 years)
• product requirements & data sheets
• Providing support in the preparation of responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals
Work with Product / Project Managers and Development teams to understand details of product direction and design and communicate info
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Closely work with Sales personnel to provide Product, Business and Technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities
• Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
• Creation of marketing concepts and prepare rmation back to sales organization
• Responsible to develop and deliver training on business problems, products, and messages for pre-Sales team members
• Attending conferences and meeting Experts to get to know on the updates in the market
• regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands
• Giving presentations / making demos on our products
• To participate in Project meetings / Reviews / Analysis sessions and make module demos
• In conjunction with Sales Personnel, develop and conduct transition briefing – communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc.
• Mentor team members on complex bids
MANDATORY SKILLS
• Experience in IT organizations as Presales Manager
• 8 to 12 years of Pre-sales experience in IT industry
• Should have minimum 5 years of Management experience
• Should possess good Team Management skills
• Lead complex bids for larger opportunities in region, as well as assisting team on smaller opportunities as applicable
• Knowledge of Project Management preferred
Education: MBA in sales/marketing
