Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
• Baan support (Standard / Customized) day to day site business operations for all Flex Site across Global in Order / Receiving / Work Order / Shipping Process / Cycle count and General Warehouse Operations
• Business Requirement gathering from sites and Golden Transaction, Support Handover, Parallel/Shadow Support.
• Root cause analyses, KT articles and permanent fixing, validating the functional logic upon site requirement, supporting business during solution deployments
• Basic SQL knowledge to retrieve data to develop dashboards or BO report
• Learn other applications – RP, Atlas user management and support activity
• Coordination with the End user, Requirement Study, Development, Specification writing and Training. Follow up and monitoring, till Customization get stabilized
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
• Team Motivation, Identifying Team area of Improvement & Development plans, Distribution of Jobs, Support in ticket Queue monitoring, Training and Mentoring.
• Strong analysis skills; the ability to make critical business recommendations and think strategically
• Strong understanding of collaboration processes and challenges
