Job Profile for HR Recruitment Executive:
- Talent Search and Recruitment of Candidates.
- ·Working on Job portals like Monsterindia.com, LinkedIn etc.for sourcing resumes, job posting and references.
- Interaction with candidates and explaining them company profile and job responsibilities, job description, etc.
- Scheduling & coordinating interviews. Consulting with Team Leads to obtain their input on potential hires.
- Organizing and coordinating personal interviews or on Skype and Telephone interview.
- Coordinate with the candidates for document submissions and salary negotiation till final selection.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven working experience in recruiting. Successful IT recruitment experience.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods.
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
- Good understanding of skill terminologies, business models and roles in the IT Industry.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- Any graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
