· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
· 2-4 years’ experience delivering sophisticated high-quality Xamarin mobile solutions in a timely manner using Agile techniques
· Experience with the Visual Studio App Center for mobile application testing
· Experience leveraging Azure DevOps for development collaboration
· Competent in Xamarin and the Microsoft technology stack : C#, .NET
· Understand Design Patterns concepts, software architecture, and SCRUM Experience
· Experience / knowledge in mobile application development of customer facing web applications (B2B)
· Experience developing with API’s and web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP)
· Azure and IoT experience highly preferred
· Experience working as a support team member.
· Good understanding of SLAs
· Experience with ticket tracking system; ServiceNow experience is preferred.
· Strong communication skills (written and Verbal) that can be effective working in person as well as in remote situations.
· Experience supporting highly critical business applications in a fast-paced and demanding environment
