To work in the capacity of PEGA Marketing Support specialist in a client facing role (Application Operations)
· Performing day-to-day L2 support activities, incident and service request management, problem analysis and resolution, configuration changes, health check & housekeeping activity, Triage tickets to support team, identify bug fixes enhancements and minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams, fault logging tracking and resolution, batch processing, interface management, extend support during release and deployment.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• 5+ years of experience with PEGA Marketing (Must), Pega PRPC, Autonomic Event Services (AES- CEP), Visual Business Director (VBD) and Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM)
• 3+ years of experience in Production Support on Pega Application
• Any Pega certification would be an added advantage
• Extensive experience on Tomcat or any Web Server
• Experience in managing Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility and Decision Rules with strong Integration experience,
• Experience of enterprise level systems development with strong knowledge of industry standard interface protocols (i.e. SOAP, MQ, HTTP, EJB, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of Unix/SQL/Oracle
