Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities_ Assist members of the systems operations group supporting and managing AWS and Alibaba cloud deployments. Work with Terraform and Ansible to automate system management. Maintain open-source collaboration software deployments (Git, CGit, Gerrit) . Efficiently and proactively resolve incoming support requests from project members. Support community members in the project support queue
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of relevant technical experience, preferably in highly secure, high availability environments Exceptional collaboration in a distributed team environment Ansible or Puppet administration of large multi-tenant production environments Terraform experience managing AWS and Alibaba cloud properties Good familiarity with Git and open-source development practices Scripting experience (Bash, Python) Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken Experience working in a visible support role Experience in working with widely distributed teams Experience working with open source projects _
