Database (SAP HANA) – Expert Level Skills:
• Create, Configure, Deploy and Maintain SAP HANA schema and databases in cloud.
• Well versed with different versions and features of SAP HANA database.
• Deploy scripts and maintain versioning for script deployments in cloud.
• Create and Maintain repositories (like GIT) and automate deployment process for multiple databases in cloud.
• Query and performance tuning.
• Expertise in SQL and No-SQL database models.
• User creation, roles and privileges management in SAP HANA DB.
• Backup and restore HANA databases in SAP Cloud.
• Automate setup and configuration of database in multitenancy model systems.
• Monitor, Troubleshoot and identify resource bottleneck issues (CPU/Memory).
• Create alerts and DB metrics for SAP HANA in cloud.
• Design High availability and Disaster recovery approach for SAP HANA DB in cloud.
• Assist developers in sorting out issues with complex queries.
• Maintenance for data fragmentation issues.
• Audit and threat detection techniques in SAP.
• Exposure to SQL and Cassandra databases added advantage.
• Exposure to SAC (SAP Analytics cloud).
• Migrations from different versions of SQL (RDBMS) databases to SAP HANA cloud.
