The Job
As a Director for Capital Markets, you will be the representing the company at events. You will be responsible for creating visibility for company, creating relationships with clients and developing a solid investor franchise for capital’s transactions.
You will also be responsible for :
Creating and maintaining a database of investors.
Networking and initiating meetings with potential investors and conducting presentations for transactions and asset classes.
Conducting regular follow-up calls and meetings with current and potential investors
Marketing to place our transactions with debt capital market investors.
Understanding investor requirements and market feedback and translating it to the structuring team for new structures.
Negotiating terms, pricing and documentation.
Managing end-to-end transaction closure.
Providing post-transaction support to investors and inputs for transaction structuring and new asset classes.
Understanding sectors and entities that the firm represents and products that has been developed
The Profile
You have at least a MBA from a top-tier institute or are a certified Chartered Accountant.
You have at least 12 years experience within an Investment Banking or Corporate Finance role.
You have experience working with a large number of public sector financial institutions
You possess strong understanding of structured products
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You have strong negotiation skills.
