What you will be doing:
Duties and Responsibilities:
ASP level 2 Operator can expect to focus their work in the following areas:
Ensure daily prices files are loaded through automated jobs on timely and accurate basis and do required escalations in case of any failures.
Work on user requests raised for user management in citrix and ASP.
Ensure daily GMI client batches are completed within the SLA.
Ensure that Clients EOD completed within given SLA.
Escalate every issue in shift timings in a timely manner to concern team.
Represents team on cross-functional teams for production, support and development activities.
Performs specialty production processing.
Improve methodologies used in the job.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
Qualifications:
ASP level 1 Operator position typically requires the following qualifications:
Bacheloru2019s Degree from an accredited college or university
A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to change
Ability to work in rotational shifts., 24 X 7 Support with Night Shift
Knowledge of AS400 is must
Essential Experience:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Experience of supporting live AS400 systems ,Citrix, GoAnywhere
