Sr Associate Corporate Actions JD: Successful candidates will be part of the team in a challenging environment to help the firm managing the corporate actions events accurately and low Assets at Risk numbers which is crucial to the firm’s risk & control. Key elements of the role are: Processing of Voluntary / Mandatory Corporate Action events effectively across key dates Reconcile position Vs CA events & pay to client on time. Monitor, Investigate and take action to resolve breaks/fails queue on a daily basis Be the Subject matter expert of process Manage the High demanding prime brokerage clients requirements Liaise with front office, middle office, oversight, trade support groups, agents / counterparties Monitor to make sure all the system exception queues are cleared daily Perform any other adhoc business requirement eg; Update/ review of Procedure documents, participating in UAT, supporting in Audit requirements etc. Candidate Specification: Working experience in Voluntary / Mandatory Corporate Action events as part of Investment banking operation is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision, with good time management, Prioritizing tasks and able to meet deadlines. Flexible to meet the high-volume requirement. Keen analytical skills and the ability to develop effective solutions. Be a team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. Must be fluent in English. Shifts : Rotational shifts & night shifts
