Job Description :
DISYS is seeking candidates for a Loan Servicing Specialist opportunity for our client located in Des Moines, IA.
This department reviews the Closing Disclosures of mortgage loans post-closing and all recorded documents to verify that the fees charged to the customer are accurate. If any overages are determined then you will be work directly with Settlement Agents to procure documentation showing that the customer received a refund. Position will be:
- Researching and reviewing county websites
- Researchingrepository systems for information, some phone & email work calling title companies
