Job Description:

The Opportunity
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-12 years of related professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to develop and monitor the design, implementation and test execution with Marvell host bus adapters and converged network adapters to ensure proper device operation under various PC platforms and operating systems.

  • Assist to design and develop the test plan and test cases based on Market Requirement Document (MRD), Product Requirement Document (PRD) and Engineering Functional Specification.
  • Provide the gap-analysis in the test coverage and develops the test cases to bridge the gap.
  • Implement process to effectively utilize equipment remotely between the USA and India locations.
  • Have the knowledge and experience on test life cycle, from test architecture, test design and development, test execution, test report and bug reports.
  • Provide support for field and/or OEM customer regarding to the gap in the test plan and test cases.
  • Must demonstrate ability to troubleshoot in complex Ethernet/RDMA, iSCSI, FCoE topologies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as QA Automation engineers, with experience in validating Storage domain
  • Must have in-depth knowledge on Boot from SAN, PXE, uEFI and BIOS environment.
  • Candidate should have good experience on Automation framework (like Robot Framework).
  • Strong competence in designing and deploying an Automation frameworks with various Automation tools (like Jenkins).
  • Must have deep knowledge and hands-on experience in python script.
  • Good understanding of technologies like Selenium, RestAPI etc.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of GIT, Powershell etc
  • Must have flair knowledge about couple of operating systems listed (1) Windows – Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 (2) Linux (RHEL / SUSE)
  • Must have good communication skills (written/verbal)
Good to have:

  • Exposure to server management interfaces like iLO, iDRAC, Xclarity.
  • knowledge on Various IBM, HP, Dell Chassis, Blade servers and Rack servers
