Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
1. At least 2-3 years of experience in finance processes (Order Management, Sales Compensation, AP, AR, etc.)
2. Good Excel Knowledge-ability to manipulate pivot tables and create formulas
3. Effective listening and Communication skills, both verbal and in writing
4. Experience working with colleagues in different geographical locations
5. Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to perform under established policies and perform with a sense of urgency to meet aggressive deadlines
Desired Skills:
Advanced Excel, Macros & MS Access Knowledge
Knowledge and experience working with ICM Application (Varicent Admin Client) and Salesforce (SFDC)
Exposure to Sales Operations & Incentive Model
Siebel working experience
