Primary Skills Management and responsible for the full AppSense(Ivanti) environment
Change/create user & Application configurations.
User profile management – Hands on experience with the Ivanti (AppSense) products
Environment Manager, Performance manager & Application Control.
Troubleshooting Reported issues on EM, AC & PM.
Resolving user profile(personalization) issues. – Knowledge of performing AppSense infrastructure Upgrade as per latest releases.
Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent processes (incident, Change and Problem Management).
