Sr. Executive – Instructional Design
Role and Responsibilities
- Must have 3+ years of experience as an instructional designer
- Expertise in in designing, developing, planning, implementing, and assessing training documentation.
- Demonstrated experience developing a courseware, performance support aids, online tutorials, lesson and curriculum planning and/or other training materials including gaming modules, learning videos and content simplification
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories, ISD models and methodologies along with an ability to link appropriate methods with subject matter.
- Expertise in working on authoring tools such as articulate studio/storyline/Articulate 360, Camtasia and knowledge of Basic.
- Understand the client requirements and ensure content matches those requirements and objectives during the development of courseware.
- Rephrase and organize the content to meet the learning/Training needs which includes instructional text, audio/video scripts etc.
- Create high level, low level design and storyboards
- Visualize media to support learning output and adapt instructional materials created from one delivery mode to another (ILT to WBT)
- Create assessments
- Perform quality check (Proofread content for errors or additions and module QC) for an error free output.
- Coordinate and communicate with the internal stakeholders, SMEs, and other cross-functional teams
- Handles multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Skills Required
- BA/MA degree or any certification in Instructional Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impressive Team handling/people management skills
- Must be competent to work in dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Must be analytical, problem solving and self-driven
- Must be pro-active and flexible enough to work under pressure
