JD: Atleast 1+ Years of experience in FileNET Administration P8 4.x/5.x Suite (CE, AE).
Ability to troubleshoot P8 problems and take corrective action to fix problems.
Production support experience would be prefereable.
Should have experience in client interaction and onsite and offshore model.
Experience in implementing and maintaining the ECM technologies : (Design, Development,
Implementation, Testing, Administration, Support)
o IBM Content Manager,
o IBM WorkplaceXT
o IBM WebSphere Application Server
Willing to work on administration and support tasks.
Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing, deploying FileNet configurations
General knowledge of/exposure to working with IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
General knowledge of/exposure to integrating software with other systems and DBs
General knowledge of/exposure to software development using Java/.Net
General knowledge of/exposure to IBM Datacap / Kofax
