Associate Corporate Actions Role – Will be responsible for Merging and aligning all Corp Action notices to ensure their timely delivery and Confirming all Corp Action instructions sent to the custodians via fax/email Should Work with Proxy Services vendor and internal groups to complete voting reviews, account reconciliation and ad-hoc reporting requests. Desired skill set:- Should have 1+ years exp in Corporate actions operations (both Fixed Income and Equity) which includes Mandatory Corporate actions (Stock split, Cash Dividends, merger, spinoff..) and Voluntary corporate actions (Rights issue, Tender offer, DRIP, IPO, Bids). Should have Experience working in the Proxy Services Should possess Strong Microsoft Office, internet, and computer skills. Should be open to work with night shifts.
