- Tailors message to audience. Presents information differently when speaking to their technical lead, their business sponsor, and their PMO Manager.
Experienced ScrumMaster
- 3+ years of experience
- Professional certification (CSM, SSM) preferred
- Comfortable leading sprint planning session, daily standups, demos, retrospectives, etc, with an established Scrum Team
- Able to teach the basics of Scrum to new teammates
- Effective coach
- Comfortable with uncertainty, fluidity. Product Owner actively grooms backlog, and project priorities can shift (but not within individual sprints)
Experienced Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience (minimum)
- Track record of delivering projects in the following areas: Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Data Integration, Artificial Intelligence
- Strong ability to manage scope, schedule & budget
- Skillful at building strong professional relationships, based upon trust and respect
- Capable of saying ‘ no’ when needed, in a way that preserves or strengthens business relationships
Bachelor’ s degree
Preferred: numerous professional certifications – don’ t need to directly relate to PM/SCM. I’ m looking for a life-long learner
