1. 5+ years of experience.
2. Very good Wintel experience to handle Windows server / Ubuntu OS environment.
3. Very good experience in Active directory management, Group policy customization.
4. Very good experience in O365 Admin management.
5. Experience in VM Ware, Hyper-V environment.
6. Attending all N/W related L1 calls and coordinating with multiple N/W vendors if required to resolve issues.
7. Multiple product support experience.
8. Experience in handling L1 & L2 teams on their day-day activities.
9. Regularly reviewing and optimizing the networks.
10. Managing infrastructural changes.
11. Maintain Service desk SLA’s with coordination of multiple teams.
12. Supporting and taking ownership of escalation tickets from L1 & L2 team and resolve in time, if required coordinating with vendors for resolutions.
13. Very good technical documentation writing skills.
14. Ability to train other colleagues in support team and mentor junior support staff members in their day-to-day task execution.
15. Provide detailed analysis of issues / governance report to senior management.
16. Monitoring and troubleshooting of present N/W and infrastructure and generating reports accordingly.
17. Experience in at least one of enterprise backup management solutions.
